Too late to make a grievance?

Hey, just wondering if its too late to make a grievance as I was verbally assaulted a couple of months ago by another colleague and I had to take time off as it affected me negatively (panic attacks, anxiety) and managers have taken their side and brushed it off as a 'disagreement anc wont do anything about it or even listen to oca health with my needs (supposed to have regular breaks due my back condition they dont allow me any) and wont move me departments.

Its making me feel more worthless and anxious each shift I do since returning.. even occ health said I should raise a grievance but I dont know how or if its too late or if itd even make a difference..

Im so fed up with pcos/pmos

Hi, sorry about the vent..

Im 29, I was diagnosed with pcos just after Christmas 2025, and honestly I never let it get to me, until this week. its making me constantly exhausted, miserable and my head hair is falling out to the point I fear id be bald by next year, im clogging the shower drain everytime..

Recently ive noticed I feel weaker even though ive been actively working out (not too hard or too exausting) but mainly with my right arm, feeling like ive a lead ball in my pelvic area where my uterus is and its sore and uncomfortable and this feeling in the pelvic area had only been here for a couple of months..

I have lost 10kg with the help of metformin but I struggle to even swallow those pills now..

My doctor says im a high risk of osteoporosis due to my period being gaps of 6 months since I was 12, and I honestly think I have it

Im just down and feeling like sh*t right now, does it get better as you get older? Should I mention the leadball feeling on my next review appointment? And the weakness in my right arm? As it could be linked to pcos and osteoporosis? Im just scared in case they say 'uh lose some more weight' 'its nothing to be concerned with" etc.

Im still learning about pcos on my own everyday so I apologise if this post makes no sense..

Customer and Trading Manager - Online

Hi,

Im wondering how possible it is for someone who has no manager experience but has ran a department on their own many times and have great leadership and customer service skills and have experience in home shopping department in a different retail company, if theres much point in throwing my hat into the ring to apply for the manager job going in my local store for the online department...

Thinking of applying because I want to move up and the company I work for currently isnt interested in helping me move up in the career field no matter how much i ask..

I know the odds are slim to none but I match almost everything theyre looking for.

Back to work meeting

Hi,

Ive a meeting this week with my manager about going back to work after being off on sick.

Does anyone know what id be getting into and what to expect with this meeting?

Ive never had a meeting before so this has me feeling nervous. The letter states its a 'wellbeing meeting'.

Am I going to get threatened with being sacked? Yelled at? Or is it the kind of meeting that is fast... I know it depends on the stores and the managers...just like to know what possibilities to expect

Immortalised Oliver Tree in a game

This is cliche I know and badly done (im not good at these kinds of skills)

But I decided to create a mii for Oliver Tree in Tomodachi life living the dream. Tried to make it look like him as much as possible, its not good but I wanted to honour him and immortalise him in some way (i wanted to add the long hair but it didnt look right)

Occupational health

How long does it take to get a call from them from the day the manager makes the appointment?

My managers say it could be weeks or months if asda even has occupational health, I told them make the appointment anyway but that was a month ago, am I going to have to ask again?

My store the managers has told us a few weeks ago our pizza counters won't be facing the new changes but today the managers went back on their words, starting out with the changing the CYO to Friday Saturday and Sunday now.

I can see this in a negative way as barely any customers in my location seem to bother with the set pizzas and prefer CYO, we're wasting more money than we make and this will make that counter lose the little bit of money its making..

Its such a stupid thing and I see it as the first of many little steps of closing the counters permanently.

I got more than an earfull during my shift earlier from customers...

'What?! Since when?!' 'You were able to make them yesterday whats so different today?!' 'Thats unacceptable!!'

🥱 like yeah I know, its stupid but im following orders, carol 🙄
