Trying to get reports has been slower then molasas but at least I could get in. Now… when clicking reports in ACE I get a blank white screen. Sometimes three blue bubbles showing it’s thinking but never past that. I’ve deleted browser cookies and all that, tried Incognito, tried Microsoft edge… two days+ of this… even restarted the computer overnight.

The ACE availability dashboard today (just found that) shows all is available. Mot even “slow/degraded”…

Any one know how to fix this?

Solved :) did the return/replace discounted unit through remarkable!

Two years ago (I’ve let it sit since then) I dropped my remarkable in my office parking lot. I had a case, so almost no damage but it hit right on the corner with the power button. That dented the frame just a TINY bit and jammed the power button to not be able to be pressed.

Any one get something like that fixed ever?

Update: This worked!
"Don't feel dumb. Check CSV encoding, UTF-8 BOM adds invisible chars that corrupt parsing. Open in Notepad, resave as ANSI. Caught me out on UAE customs platforms before."

Trying the first dang step and getting hung up..
Downloaded the form CAPE wants, copied the correct columns from my ES-003, uploaded as a CSV and it kicked back (several times now, on several days) with the error that "Not 11 characters long" --

I checked, even did a find and replace to remove any possible trailing spaces I couldn't see.

I did a formula on each row to count the characters in Column A.. all 11...

same error..

I feel dumb. any insight?

Update, not fixed, but - it was called out that "all columns" but CAPE only asks for one.
The downloaded form I had had seven -
I did redownload the template and submitted with only 1, entry numbers.
