
Item stuck in a limbo and support ignoring me
I have ordered an item on april 22nd it was stuck as "Order received." for like 3 weeks and made 4 tickets in one of the tickets the support told me it was being shipped in 2 days after trying to make me cancel then reorder for a higher price + shipping (I bought it for 72 bucks when they asked me it was already 120), the item ofc didn't ship in 2 days and it's still stuck in order received, I opened another support ticket (my 4th) and asked for supervisor, the supervisor told me the claim the support made is not real (like bro hello??) then asked me to cancel again and that he will give me the 50 bucks after I canceled and ordered it, now I don't trust that the next support will give me it, his reassurance was I put a note and here is my contact ID, like how is that going to help me, I then sent an email to Executive Customer Relations they told me they don't see a problem and that the order isn't late (it will be delivered june 23th that is a whole 2 months). Crazy to think that someone who pays for prime, even bought a gpu is getting in a limbo between support who can't help
