Hedera Sues THA, THG, Hashgraph VC and Senior Leadership in New York County Supreme Court (Tens of Millions in "unjust enrichment") - Official Court Docs

I called this early September when I confirmed that THA and Hashgraph VC were not investing in Hedera projects: https://x.com/itsbrandond/status/2108784276997108034

Was hard to believe, and really sad to see this much value extracted from hard working builders and holders in the ecosystem, following Hedera's lawsuit against Exponential Science.

It seems the governing council has given hundreds of millions (USD) in HBAR to the wrong folks over the years.

case no. 655628/2026

Where is Hedera during this AI global discourse? Why is the orgs and GC not out front? This is the biggest opportunity cost of weak marketing…

> OpenAI and Anthropic don’t trust their own systems

> massive demand for verifiable compute and auditability

> new groups and consortiums now forming

> global discourse exploding

> hedera spent $$$$ in this space

> radio silence on Hedera and GC and zero effort to leverage their work so far

> this is the “problem” 8 years of building has led to

> literally primed for step function

> competitors gonna eat lunch

i’ve been so shocked and disappointed to see the lack of awareness by Hedera and Hashgraph’s marketing arm. this could be the biggest opportunity cost we’ve seen

super greatful to have groups like HOL building and forging ahead in this space bringing value to the ecosystem

Hedera Board Member Duncan Moir STOKED to see Aberdeen in A TIER on the rankings

this validates my thesis of the tier list

celebrate good GC members

instead of trashing bad ones

Dispelling Misinformation about Hedera's role in GoDaddy (credit goes to HOL and it is incredibly bullish for the ecosystem to have grassroots orgs attract real enterprise interest and adoption)

It’s Critical for Hedera to become sustainable. Big orgs are currently subsidized by HBAR buyers…

for 8 years our two paths to sustainability have been either the network generates enough revenue to subsidize the orgs, or the orgs (hashgraph) makes enough profit to self sustain. there is lots of spend to consider.

currently they are subsidized by HBAR buyers which puts a lot of downward pressure and the network is not generating meaningful revenue yet

so it’s time to explore more options

i think it’s an important and healthy discussion to have 🙏

HEDERA ECOSYSTEM EXPLAINED - How Everything Connects. Risks and Opportunities (itsbrandond full video)

i am very privileged to have worked in the hedera ecosystem for 5+ years. from the smallest retail teams to the largest orgs. i have seen it all.

there are great people here. there are also risks to keep in mind. the REAL POWER is in the hands of the HOLDERS.

everything needs HBAR. without holders, the entire thing stops.

there is also MASSIVE OPPORTUNITY ready to be seized. but we have limited time and resources. we lose good people each day.

we need GC use cases. we need retail activity to attract enterprises. we need HBAR to be an attractive speculative asset so the orgs can stay operating.

when it’s all working, it’s beautiful. so let’s GET IT WORKING!

i do see a lot of questions and i thought it would be helpful to outline the ecosystem as best i can. no fluff. no sprinkles. no FUD. just the best info i can.

hopefully it’s helpful 🙏

i know i give the subreddit a hard time but i am really impressed and optimistic with the energy here.

appreciate you all!

HBAR MARKETING WAR ROOM (Live Friday at 1:30pm ET on 𝕏 with itsbrandond)

i have been reading the discussions here, i have been taking calls with projects, i have been watching my timelines and i have reflected on half a decade working with the main orgs of Hedera

the bull market is here and hedera marketing is at defcon 5

i want to elevate the discussions i see here and elsewhere to help us come together and unify around the network's growth for this bull market.

we may all disagree on how to get there, but the one thing i see everyone sharing is an intense passion for this network and desire to see its success.

not just through wishes, but through real action (i mean just look at the activity and discussion here)

i want to see the GC, hedera, hashgraph and the orgs come out of the wood work, come out of their zoom calls and out of their off-site retreats to join us in the fight to the top 5 networks in crypto

positive vibes only !

last stream had over 3k people watching
