Value of antique mason book?

Hello, I come here with a question from a friend. She is trying to sell off her father's book collection and among them she found this book. He was not a member of any lodges so we don't really have any contacts in the order who might be interested. Do you know if this has any value? Thank you!

Accidental Mold Art: Cake

I know this looks extremely realistic but it's merely an accidental tribute! This picture was taken when the cake was less than an hour old, r/bakingfail really got a kick out of it so...

Explanation: cake itself is pink, I make them on a stovetop (hot plate really) and the top burnt a little, then I made coffee frosting using base white frosting from a can and apparently didn't mix it 100%... did not remove the burnt part because my dad doesn't mind that kind of thing and it wasn't too bad and the frosting would cover it... but then I applied it too early and it melted to achieve the glossy, slimy moldy red brick look you can see here. Tasted great!

Happy birthday, dad!

Should there be a 6th leg?

And if so, anyone selling spares? There weren't any parts left in the box after I assembled. I don't know, something seems off?
