Incomplete model that has no neck and only two front legs

The legs also retract into the body completely sometimes….

I think mine’s missing parts?..

I’m pretty sure I picked the cat model, not the seal, but it seems like it’s missing some parts?.. Has anyone had this happen? Did I assemble it correctly? My instructions didn’t have all the pages.

Turned light on in bathroom, got this scare.

She stayed like this for at least five minutes. I actually jumped.
