40k Refund rejected by Amazon just stating incorrect product received
need urgent resolution. Returned my defective Lenovo IdeaTab Pro Gen 2 (S/N: HNQ06M**) via Amazon Order #402-8387005-14003**. The delivery agent verified & took photos of the original product during pickup.
Now, Amazon claims an "incorrect product" was received and is withholding my refund.
This is completely unacceptable given the verified pickup.
Even afrer multiple talk and chats with Amazon customer care , they are acting rude and declining calls ....
Need an extra investigation and escalation ...
