Failure to fire with brand new p32

I picked up a new p32 from my LGS today intending to make it my new EDC but after trying to shoot it I don't know if I'll ever trust this gun.

Immediately after purchase I took it to the range and attempted to fire 100 rounds of Magtech 71 grain. Close to half the rounds did not fire, and every failed round had a small dent on the primer. At this point I figured it may be my fault because I didn't oil the gun or anything before trying to shoot it, so I took it home for a cleaning.

After everything got oiled I went back to the range to try it again, but this time I made notes. I had a 36% failure to fire rate with the Magtech and a 48% failure to fire rate with S&B 73 grain.

For a gun that I was planning to carry, this is completely unacceptable. You could play Russian roulette with this thing. Is my gun just a lemon or does KelTec commonly have issues like this? I've submitted a support ticket but have not heard back yet since it's only been a couple hours.

TL;DR my new gun is garbage. How is their warranty/repair service?
