I can not install Linux Mint 22.3 in my Tuxedo Pulse Gen 3

After an upgrade and an attempt to install the tuxedo tomte package I have this error message:

sudo apt dist-upgrade  
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done
E: The package linux-image-7.0.0-107027-tuxedo needs to be reinstalled, but I can't find
an archive for it.

After that, I can not install anything in this computer

1. I can not upgrade to Fedora 44 through discover

2. Many memory issues when just opening some tabs in Firefox

3. The system looses connections with bluetooth deviced after suspend / resume

the glmark2 utility produces substantial different results in Tuxedo as compared to Linux mint. With this graphics card NVIDIA Corporation AD107GL [RTX 2000 Ada Generation] I have almost 3700 score in Tuxedo us and 11500 in Linux Mint! Is there a problem in graphics in Wayland kde 6.5 that uses the Tuxedo Os?
