The soil is draining right, it was slightly damp from watering a few days ago underneath but dry on the top. There is a baby leaf growing but all the big leaves have dropped off. The roots appear okay with no sign of root rot.

I have since moved it into the bathroom with gets a lot of light throughout the day and more humidity.

Do I need to do anything else? Help me please 🤣
