Starting a vertically integrated business

I am 28 years old and have a vintage clothing business doing $300k annual revenue. Occasionally with my vintage clothing business i run into abandoned houses and hoarders houses where i usually find some my best inventory. To keep growing my vintage clothing business as i want to i need to get into more of these houses. So ive started something that ive been thinking about for a couple years, starting a estate liquidation business. This business would offer clean outs and host estate sales. This would allow me to get into more places that i need too while also making money from the estate liquidation services. Ive done this long enough that i actually know enough people from other estate sales businesses who would like to work with me, i really wouldnt have to lift a finger during the estate liquidation but sell/secure the jobs and navigate everything. My issue is how can i market this type of service for free? The only thing holding us back from getting jobs is the fact that one person who needs our services does not know about us. I need awareness but at a no or low cost to start this up.

To clarify, i could dump a ton of money into this to start but would like to use minimal funds until we have a few jobs under our belt.

Starting a estate services business

Hello all, i currently have a vintage clothing business doing around $300k revenue yearly and frequently come across opportunities to do partial buy outs on estates where the original owners have passed. Im already getting the opportunities to be inside these homes and work with the executors, real estate agents, etc. and i figured its time to branch out and start offering more services than just being able to buy out the closets. The services id like to provide are hosting estate sales and total property clean out. My main question is how exactly do folks get started? How did you take the idea and turn into your first hosted estate sale or property clean out?

Would love to hear some opinions on the authenticity of these German M42 tropical trousers. Ive been a dealer for the last half of a decade and they have the right feel and look and no red flags that i can see but i do not specialize in German military. Thanks!
