Do you guys run a bell on your gravel bikes?

I mean on a proper gravel bike, rather than a commuter or hybrid. 😅

If you do, what bike bell would you recommend? I’m currently eyeing the Knog Oi Luxe Bell because it looks really discreet and seems to suit a clean gravel-bike cockpit.

Is anyone here using one? How do you find it in terms of volume, reliability and overall practicality, especially on a drop-bar gravel bike?

Would love to hear your recommendations or experiences with the Oi Luxe or any other discreet bells. Thanks!

Need some help about a bike frame plug.

Does anyone know where I can get frame plugs for this? I ordered a few from AliExpress and Amazon, but they ended up being incompatible with my Checkpoint.

I read about the brand Terske, which makes lightweight anodized titanium bolts, but I’m hesitant to swap all the stock plugs if it's going to add extra weight.

Any input would be very much appreciated!

What bike cleaner do you all use on a full carbon bike?

I’m running a carbon gravel bike with a waxed drivetrain (Silca Super Secret drip wax), so I don’t want to use anything that strips the wax or leaves residue.

The bike is absolutely caked in mud after recent rides. What’s your go-to cleaner for the frame and wheels? Do you avoid spraying anything directly on the waxed chain, or just wash the whole bike and reapply wax afterwards?

Interested to hear what products people are using in the UK (Fenwick’s, Peaty’s, Muc-Off, etc.) and what’s worked best for you.

Looking for great trainers for nursing with Plantar Fascitis

I’ve been wearing the ASICS Nimbus, from the 25 through to the 27. About two months ago, I developed plantar fasciitis and my podiatrist gave me a treatment program along with a pair of orthotics.

I’m not sure if it’s because of my shoes or just the nature of my job. My podiatrist didn’t specifically advise me to buy new trainers, but he did mention that many of his patients who work in healthcare wear the Hoka Bondi. I tried them on, but I don’t like how they fit, and they look huge on my feet—like I’m borrowing Ronald McDonald’s shoes. They just feel too bulky for me.

I also tried the ASICS Kayano 33 and the Hoka Clifton 11, and I liked both of them.

I’m curious to know what everyone else is wearing, especially those of you who have plantar fasciitis and work in nursing or healthcare. Thanks!

Asics Superblast 3 for daily commute

RN here. I currently use the Nike Vomero Plus for my 30-minute commute to and from work, which includes some uphill and downhill walking. For my 12.5-hour shifts, where I average about 18,000 steps, I wear the Asics Nimbus 27.

I’ve been eyeing the Superblast 3 for my daily commute and was wondering what people think of it. Would it be a good addition to my current setup? Any feedback from those who’ve used it for walking or long days on their feet would be appreciated.
