As per the Access to Information Act (ATIA), Reddy’s Apartments on Mt. Crandell in West Lethbridge has accumulated over 800 pages of health violations since 2019, while continuing to rent to vulnerable and disadvantaged Lethbridge residents. There is little to no meaningful intervention from local politicians and authorities to protect our most vulnerable, from children, to special needs, and single mothers from this greedy landlord, Govind Reddy.
