Built a self-hosted game server hosting panel, would love some help testing it

Been building a self-hosted panel called Badger Panel for running game servers (Minecraft, Rust, GMod so far, more games planned). The panel itself runs on Docker, and the game servers it manages can be hosted as separate instances on Windows, Docker, or Kubernetes depending on your setup. It's also Pterodactyl egg compatible so if you're coming from that, it's not a rebuild.

Alongside the server side it also handles the operational stuff, billing, CRM, support tickets, white label, since I got tired of stitching those together separately.

It's in its final stages of testing. Most of it holds up well, some bits are still rough, and I'd rather know that from actual server admins than find out later.

If you run or admin game servers and fancy trying to break it and telling me what's wrong, drop a comment or message and I'll get you set up.

Update on the game server panel I posted about a while back, fixed a bunch based on what testers found

A while back I posted here looking for people to break my self-hosted game server panel and tell me what was wrong with it. Thanks to everyone who messaged in and actually tried it, that feedback's gone into a decent chunk of bug fixes and workflow improvements since.

Still not calling it finished, there's more to do, but it's in a noticeably better spot than when I first posted.

If you tried it back then and hit something annoying, it's worth another look. And if you didn't get round to testing it the first time, still keen to hear from anyone who self-hosts game servers and wants to try breaking it properly.

If you're up for it, message me and I'll send over what you need to get started.

After some people who run game servers to give feedback on a project

We always liked the Pterodactyl egg system but wanted a panel that came with a lot more built in rather than needing addons or separate platforms. So we've built our own from the ground up. It's called Badger Panel and full disclosure I'm one of the people behind it. It's a completely standalone panel, not based on or tied to Pterodactyl, but it does support Pterodactyl eggs so you can bring your existing ones across. It runs on Docker, supports Kubernetes, and has a lot built in that usually needs bolting on elsewhere. We're at the stage where we need people who already know their way around a panel to genuinely try and break it. You'll know exactly where things tend to fall over which is exactly the kind of feedback we need. If you'd like to get involved drop me a message and I'll send over the relevant info. For those who use Pterodactyl daily, what's the one feature you always wished came built in?
