just don’t know what’s the safer option to get for my parents as they age, so they have a car that’s reliable for at least 10 years (with little to moderate driving)

Looking for a 3 Bedroom in the above price range for m my future roommates and I - Wondering if this is possible?

We got low standards but what’s the best way to look for some of these? Realtors or FB?

Edit: Doesn’t matter detached or non, basement or whatever, Just best Bang for buck, most amenities/livability within a good range of our budget. Hearing a lot about DIY but where to look?
