Intersection - right of way
In my town there is a 3way (maybe 4?) intersection with a light. In the picture I've attached the bottom, left, and right, are roads.
The top section is the entrance to a Burger King parking lot. The top left of that parking lot is basically where the drive thru ends. There are arrows in two lanes, indicating you can turn left or right ( but not straight).
The light faces all directions. No arrows on the lights.
If I'm traveling from the bottom right (left lane) and turning left, do I have the right of way or does the person leaving BK turning right? They're leaving a private parking lot, and not on a public road yet.
