[CAN-ON] How to quit a job if it's only been 3 weeks?

3 weeks ago I started a second part time job. I work in Healthcare so even thought they are both part time jobs, I still work between 20-40 hours a week at each job.

From the beginning I could tell I was not liking this new job. The environment felt kind of toxic and most of the workers have only been there for a few months to a year. No one talks to eachother and training has been especially bad too.

I feel like its been really hard to balance both jobs and I feel so mentally and physically drained from this new job. My new job requires me to work full time for the duration of my training. That on top of my other job has been too much. I havent had a day off to myself in weeks and have even worked 16 hour shifts to make this work.

I really LOVE my other job and just want to focus on it fully.

I have decided that I am going to quit but I just dont know how.

Since im still training I dont have to give a 2 week notice right?

Is it unprofessional if I just send an email thanking the manager for their time but im just really overwhelmed with everything and need to step away?

Do I need to speak to the manager in person? I would really like to avoid this because I feel like I will cry.

Any help is appreciated, I have no idea where to start.

Second part time job (ontario canada)

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone has experience working 2 part time jobs wants to share their experiences?

I currently work part time at a hospital and I only work around 4 days a week. I wanted to get a 2nd part time job at a private lab like life labs or dynacare.

Im worried about how scheduling would work. How do you balance your work schedule if you work 2 part time jobs? At my current job, I work days/nights/evenings shifts so I was wondering if its even possible for me to work a 2nd job.

How strict are private labs with their scheduling? You you get to chose your own hours? Does it get chosen for you without any input? Is it easy to give away or take shifts? How would the schedule for the training period look like?
