For a patient that can’t take clozapine anymore for various reasons, has anyone had experience with either olanzapine doses above 20mg vs. adding a second antipsychotic e.g. risperidone?
Any tips for Q banks and study materials for the boards? I recall friends last year saying there was a ton of adult psych content on the exam. Some have recommended beat the board and others say board vitals is better.

I’m planning to leave SAVE asap but can’t choose a new plan. My payments for PAYE would be less than with IBR, however I know that PAYE will be phased out July 2028 and thus after that I will have to switch again. My fear is that they will force me into RAP in 2028 if I choose PAYE now, and I won’t have the option to choose IBR?? Does anyone know if that’ll be the case or if I’ll be able to switch from PAYE to IBR in 2028?
