I know this deck concept will never be "good," but do y'all have any ideas about how to improve it while retaining it's idea?

Here's my concept: summon monsters with high defense, and use Shield & Sword or Ojama Country to switch their ATK and DEF. I added in DNA Surgery and Limiter Removal for maybe some Machine type OTK's. The idea came from wanting to make my favorite card, E-HERO Mudballman, able to win a duel. I thought, huh if I could just swap his ATK and DEF and double it, that's not too bad...

I know it's BEYOND jank, but I do think it's a fun idea.

I know the card is objectively trash, just always thought it was really cool. I’m a total noob deck builder and don’t even know how to go about it— any tips or first thoughts for synergies?
