Getting tickets in Korea for a concert that isn't on the global website

I'm trying to get tickets to Kim Minju's fanmeeting in Seoul. I know that ticket sales start 5/22 7pm KST on Ticketlink, but I only see the event on their Korea website and not the global website, and you need a Korean ID to register for an account on the Korean website.

As a foreigner who doesn't live in Korea, is there still a way to get tickets to Minju's fanmeeting?

I saw on Ticketlink (using Google Translate) that tickets can either be delivered via mail or picked up on the day of the concert, and if you choose to pick up your tickets, you are required to show your ID. But it doesn't say anything about requiring ID if you choose to have your tickets mailed to you. In that case, could I potentially have a friend in Korea buy the ticket for me under their name and account, have them choose mail delivery, and then I get the ticket from them? Is this risky, especially since they say transferring tickets is not allowed? Does anyone have any experience with this?

I’m a new grad starting as a product manager in IBM Software starting in July, based in Austin. Due to personal reasons I’d like to live in the east coast, and unfortunately doesn’t seem like I change my location. I’ve read how 3 day RTO is only mandated for all managers, and for other people, it’s based on their business unit/department.

So my question is, how likely is it that I am placed in a team that either allows fully remote or doesn’t enforce RTO? And if RTO is required but not enforced, would it pose a problem if my address is in the east coast instead of Texas? I was thinking of getting temporary housing for 1-2ish months in Austin to get a feel of how strict RTO is for my team, and if it’s not enforced, move to the east coast, but if most teams in IBM software have strict RTO requirements then I’m not sure if it’s worth doing so
