How can the game jump the sequential number on the names, when all they are playing in private mode and no one disconnected?

The game had just started and all I see was this atrociousness of visual bug of Dracula chasing me. I had to stop the chase so I could register this printscreen. The Dark Lord using wolf shape but with the vampire shape and wolf skin instead.
