I have this doll from when I was a kid and I have no idea who she is or what clothes she is wearing. I don’t think they are original to her but who knows. Any help would be great!!

Hello!! I was wondering if there are any other cards out there similar to this drifloon that has a shiny variant in the card but it isn’t a traditional ‘shiny’ card (radiant or the white background with the stars like normal)
