First Firearm: Ordered my AP5-P. Some Questions.

Hi Everyone!

I'm very excited to be a first-time gun owner and have chosen the AP5-P due its roller-delayed action, history, compact size, pop culture, and i don't have HK money lol.

Background:

-My only experience ever with a firearm was trying a full auto AR15 10 years ago when passing through texas on a road trip.
-I am currently located in Missouri.
-My goal with this build is to have a reliable, compact, low-profile, gun that can fit in a backpack for range transport and home defense use.
-I don't want to SBR it
-I've already purchased the Atlantic Arms Core + SB Brace package here: https://atlanticfirearms.com/century-ap5-p-HG6035ab-n
-FFL pickup in 2 days

The Build:

The Plan:
-Only start with what's highlighted in Green for my first range day
-Break in with 500 x Winchester 124gr NATO
-Get a private instructor at my range for my first range day for safety, etiquette, and to show me the guns workings, taking apart, oil/cleaning ect.
-I'm looking to move through my list in order of priority so i don't spend a bunch of money at once. I'm primarily focused on the medium-high section at the moment.

The Questions:
-Holosun EPS Carry: While i want low profile and compact, is this too low? Or is this perfect to align with the iron sight?
-Locking Piece: Should I replace the OEM with 100 degrees out of the gate or wait until suppression?
-Should i check the bolt gap and LP angle on pickup?
-Mags: I plan on using MKE unless i have issues, then trying HK. Is this a solid plan? I hear the HK has some wiggle to it, but is higher quality overall. Could i just replace the spring in the MKEs if needed?
-Any other feedback on my plan or build?

Yes, I'm an overthinker and overplanner.

Thank you!
