
Scaling more damage on ele hit oshabi
I've been playing ele hit oshabi in the tota league and been having lots of fun, but wondering what the best thing to spend my divs on to scale more damage into the build?
Since I'm scaling a lot of shrine effect, one playstyle I really like doing is putting a few domination scarabs into a nightmare map, pick up a bunch of shrines, and run to the boss to kill. However, I'm finding that even with accel + echo, attacking a million times per second, I'm not actually *hitting* for very much damage on tanky t17 bosses? I.e. on a high quant t17 it still takes a decent amount of time smacking the boss for it to die.
Wondering if I just did something wrong or maybe I'm rolling into some map mod that's bad. Specifically avoiding cannot leech and monsters have chance to avoid ailments already. Any suggestions on what I could do to scale more damage or tankiness?
