How did you get your first job as a fresh graduate?

It's been two weeks since our graduation, and until now wala pa rin akong job.

For context, BSBA Marketing Management graduate ako, and I also have a background in journalism, digital marketing, content creation, and student leadership.

Sa mga fresh grads or even experienced professionals here:

  • Paano niyo nakuha yung first job niyo?
  • And when it comes to salary, paano ba mag-negotiate nang maayos without sounding entitled, especially as a fresh grad?

Would really appreciate any advice or personal experiences. Thank you!

Has anyone here received updates on their Management Trainee applications?

I applied for MT roles at Universal Leaf, RCBC, Uniqlo, L'Oréal, and PVB. If you applied to any of these companies as well, have you heard back yet? Whether it's an assessment, interview invite, rejection, or even just an acknowledgment email.

I'm already on my second week of unemployment as a fresh grad 😂, so I'm just curious if everyone's still waiting or if these companies have already started moving forward with applicants.

Thanks!
