sewing a formal dress!!

Hello! i am looking for any relevant patterns that may cater to my inspiration photos linked below. I will most likely seperate the corset from the skirt but any reccomend patterns would be helpful!

I am currently in the middle of making a mediveal inspired dress but am looking for a pattern or even just a name as to what this belt? (waistband?) is called! The pattern seems easy enough to recreate but measurements/materials are harder to estimate.
