I have a question I am in outpatient and they have help me a lot but I saw the test that we have to buy and use are almost a year expired I have spoken about it and they say it is fine am I just being a dick for feeling that it is not right
Good morning guys and girls, I am 9 months clean from Crystal meth and benzos I am in an outpatient program I wish to get some solid advice from that have been where I am now, my mental health is shot to kingdom come, I am scared to take antidepressants and so on as I use to use them to numb my emotions and feelings like any good addict would any advice on how to just quiet the noise down inside my head, also I was admitted to a phsyc ward for substance induced phsycosis
