Recently moved my parents over to Visible. My mom has an iPhone 12 Pro, and despite now 4 times of reissuing the eSIM via the app, she doesn’t ever get data. The signal bars show. She gets phone calls and texts just fine, but it never shows LTE or 5G. The app just suggests doing a new eSIM, but that never does the trick. Anyone ever dealt with this and have any suggestions? She’s running the latest iOS 26.5. Restarted her phone many times. Tried resetting network settings. Nothing seems to work. Tried changing voice and data to LTE vs 5G Auto. No change whatsoever.
