Reload series: Evolve vs Limitless

And here I am for one of these questions again! I combed through the previous posts regarding the same topic but did not see the answers I needed.

I joined Evolve for Shred and stayed for the Summer Series. Evolve’s programming is great as it targets a lot of different muscles intentionally and I’ve seen great progress in my overall muscle building (esp my back!). I did all 6 workouts, tracked my calories, ate enough protein, etc. Did cardio at least 2x/week (walking zone 2 w incline). Sometimes I’d sneak in an additional 15-min cardio after a lift. However, it’s taken a lot of time in my day (on cardio days around ~2h at the gym).

I’ve been thinking of trying Limitless because I’d like to work on my conditioning as part of my workout. I’d also like to get more muscle definition. That said, I’m worried of losing progress in terms of muscle building and aesthetics. Is that a legitimate worry? Or will Limitless help build on what I have gained on Evolve?

My goal is to continue building more muscle + more muscle definition and be stronger overall. I like the aesthetic side of it all and the strength too.

Any input/advice? Should I switch to Limitless or stick to Evolve?

More info on me: 37(f), ~139lbs, 5’6, ~2050/2100 cal/day. Macros: 145P, 250C, 65F.
