Etsy portraits

Yesterday, I shared my Etsy shop and some of my work to give people a peek. As a new user, I was hoping to get some help from the community, but I’ve been accused of using AI to create pictures. I’ve even shared my Instagram links, but I haven’t received any support yet. If you’re not familiar with the situation, please don’t accuse someone of using AI to create their work.

Shiping without tracking id

What if i shipped the item without tracking id or if the tracking id is not updated by etsy. How will be the etsy marks the delivery status.
After getting delivered can we have the option to update?
