Does anyone else think that David wasn’t completely in the wrong?!

From day one Michelle treated David like crap! The way she fixated on him renting at his parents house to the cold comments and treatment she gave him. It’s like she held herself on some pedestal…A person can only take getting treated like ish for so long before they loose interest. I believe that Madison and David commiserated together and that’s where they started to bond. If anything I think Madison is more f-ed up for dragging Allen along. She knew she wasn’t attracted to him since day one. She had the responsibility to be honest with him. Same with Michelle, she never once acted like she really wanted to be with David. Even if he never cheated, I know for a fact she wouldn’t stay married to him. Now wonder why David fell for Madison. He was being emotionally abused and needed someone to show him some attention. Too bad it ended up with someone else on the show but the heart wants what the heart wants. As soon as they felt that way with each other, they should’ve came up with a plan to tell their partners. But again, my opinion, Michelle deserved it! She is as shallow as they come.

17 yr old Daughter not paid by employer-can’t find a local attorney.

My 17 yr. old daughter worked for QDOBA. She started at the end of December and did not receive pay until end of February. Even when she got paid, it was incorrect amount. This was a brand new location and they didn’t have a time slip or a way to keep hrs electronically. However, my daughter has meticulously kept records of every day and time she worked including texts letting her boss know. During the time she was not being paid, we did not let her go to work or turn in the minor work form from her school. It wasn’t needed if they were not gonna pay her she wasn’t gonna work for them anyway once they paid her for partial hours, she decided to go back and try to work until she found a new job. However, the day she went to turn in the paperwork to her boss, they fired her and this was only a few weeks after they paid her. I think it was retaliation because we contacted her manager’s superior on top of that once they fired her they owed her for one day work and they still haven’t paid her that either. We do have an open LI case but I want to talk to an attorney. Does anyone have any recommendations of a good attorney for this type of case we live in WA area? My daughter feels defeated and I don’t want to just let this go.
