Flair Air does not even try to find a lost item. I literally reported my item within an hour of realizing I left my iPad on the plane. Normally they check items right after passengers left the flight. Called the airport and they said they don’t have number for Flair Air’s booth smh. I then called the flair customer service and literally waited for an hour just to check whether they’ve reported my item. They don’t know anything, and just repeatedly said no report yet. However, I’ve been seeing the Find My location of my iPad IN the airport for a whole WEEK.
Got the notification it was found/seen two days ago by ‘find my’ app. But I got this ridiculous email saying that they still haven’t found my item for a week, and will close my case after 30 days. Are they just trying to steal my iPad? Don’t they know I can check the location and get notification whenever someone tries to open it? This is the worst airline ever. I hope ppl be extra careful to not lose anything if they travel with Flair Air. I doubt it’ll ever be reported to lost and found! Un-fucking-believable!!
