What Do You Wish You Knew at Month 9?

For those of you who are further into the process or even out the other side (whatever that means)...what do you wish you could say to yourself 9 months after stopping Adderall?

Any advice? Managing expectations? What to expect over the next 3-6 months?

Thanks!

Readjusting to Work (Pressure)

I had the good fortune to have enough money saved to not work for the first 8 months after quitting Adderall. I am now at 8.5 months. Prior to quitting I was a start up Founder (so very high intensity / high stakes all the time).

I just accepted a 20 hour per week consulting arrangement with a company I have advised in the past. It's a start up and it's already chaotic and emotionally intense (even with the "boundary" of 20 hours a week.

For those of you who slowly got back into work: A) did you find that you were more capable than the fear/overwhelm indicated or were you actually compromised; B) how long did it take for you to feel comfortable in stress again; and how did you draw and keep boundaries?
