Boundaries with non Christian family

My husband and I have a 2 1/2 year old and baby due in the next couple weeks. We are struggling with boundaries with our non Christian family members. I am feeling very uneasy and scared to let my in-laws baby sit my toddler. They have directly went against my very simple rules, like not too much dessert, no swearing, and no sexual talk about or around our family. They have done all of these things and continue to do so. We also don’t see them often so I’ve never really experienced them interact with our toddler. I feel sad for my husband because I know he wants his mom in ours son’s lives. It also might be worth noting she just recently got married to someone who we both don’t really know. He’s more of the problem in this situation. I guess I’m looking for advice on how to move forward in a loving way.

Iron infusions at 32 weeks

Looking for anyone who has had extremely low ferritin but normal hemoglobin during their 3rd trimester and got prescribed infusions for it. I have a ferritin level of 4 but my hemoglobin is normal. I am scheduled to go for infusions soon and am just feeling a bit nervous. Has anyone had experience with infusions? Tell me everything good, bad and ugly!

Acute hypotension in 3rd trimester

Is anyone dealing with hypotension? (Low blood pressure) I’m 28 weeks pregnant and for the past week I’ve been extremely dizzy, nauseous, finding it difficult to focus, do daily chores and even take care of my toddler. I wake up feeling this way and it either gets better throughout the day or worse. I can’t even go grocery shopping because looking at the shelves and using any amount of brain power makes me feel sick. I’ve been taking my blood pressure and it’s low. I go to my doctor in a couple days, but just curious if anyone has advice on how to manage it or increase my blood pressure?

Can anyone relate?

My “migraines” started when I was 2 years old, and I put migraines in quotation marks because I have never met someone who’s experienced them the way I do. For a few days before the episode I would feel dizzy, lighted, unable to concentrate or keep eye contact with others, i couldn’t participate in any type of sports or exercise or else it would induce the migraine. This happened every 6 weeks until I started high school. The actual migraine was the wildest part. I usually woke up with it and my eyes immediately rolled back into my head, I couldn’t see anything and I was instantly dripping sweat while vomiting. The pain in my head was so intense that I had to be hunched over squeezing anything I could. This lasted about 1-2 hours each time. After years of doctor visits they diagnosed me with abdominal migraines. Now I am 25 and pregnant with my second baby boy in the 3rd trimester and it’s seeming like my migraines are back. I did not have them with my first. I guess I’m looking for some support. Has anyone experienced similar issues or had migraines like this at all. When I realized they were gone in high school I couldn’t believe it, I’m praying that this is just a hormone thing and that they will go away after I have this baby!
Thanks in advance
