Lemonade vs Chewy Care Plus Lemonade

I'm looking at signing my cat up for insurance with Lemonade and I see the same price going direct versus through Chewy's Care Plus. Is there any advantage of going with one or the other? Does Chewy offer anything extra? My head is spinning from researching insurance,
