EV ownership for those staying at condo

Any EV owner here staying at a condo/apartment that do not have EV charging facilities ?How do you actually manage to charge your car? I wanted to purchase an EV but I'm not staying at a place that have EV chargers, so I foresee I might need to purposely visit places that have charging facilities from time to time.

City/Vios Hybrid vs S70

If you were to get a car that would last long but still wanted to feel up to date with the latest tech which would you choose among the 3 given a budget below than 100k? City & Vios hybrid is having huge discounts which brings the price to below 100k both are known for reliability but quite outdated interior & the battery for it's hybrid could be expensive to replace? Hybrids because I could experience EV driving without the hassle of charging. Mean while the current conti killer S70 is high tech but it's reliability is unknown due to it's age. I did not include any EVs because my current condo has only 3 chargers serving about 1000+ units of houses.

I'm exploring on the possibility of creating an Oracle database inside an EC2 server. I create a new AWS account in order to try out on the steps of moving an oracle database located on premise to cloud. Is there any tutorial or documents on doing this without getting a sudden charges towards my account?
