Google shows that it has been shuttered at least since 2007 when the parking lot facing Custer still had a vehicle gate (and the remains of a chainlink fence). Interestingly, the landlord freshened up the parking lot before 2012, to no avail. I grew up down the road from this building but I don't remember ever seeing a business there. Property records describe the building as an "office/showroom" built in 1970 and the deed was transferred to the current owners in 2002. Does anyone know what used to be here?

This building has been unoccupied for at least the past 20 years. Property records show it was built in 1940. Anyone know the history of it?
