My sister got married 4 years ago , and I married the sister of my jiju . Normal in rajasthan.

Now the thing is my jiju is a toxic guy and gets into fights with my sister many times . There were so many occasions where i would go with my wife (jiju's sister) and resolve things . In 2025 diwali time they again had a fight and my sister left and came to our house . The following day he came and broke all our car windows in anger . He didn't pay a dime .

Now , after so many months of their family trying, they did something very horrible. They staged a whole fake paralysis story with pics and videos from a hospital of my father in law . They did it so they could lure my wife and they would keep locked in the house and give her back only when my sister returns to their house . I am so angry and frustrated. They are doing these kinda things for past few months . They even came to my house and tried fights and even went to my wife's college and tried to kidnap her . And also as I have a small buisness, they have indirectly locked my payment and not giving it to me .

What can I do ?

My sis wants a divorce, but they are against it . They say either I too divorce my wife (jiju's sister) or we pay them a crore for settlement.

So I do rapido captain as part time daily in chennai . Yesterday 2 incidents happened .

First one , i got a normal rapido ride of 70 kms , I accepted it and when I went to pick him up , he stood there with 2 big boxes , very much heavy . I said I cannot take this , but out of curiosity I asked what's in it . Be said 24 glass beer bottles and extra stuff . WTF bro . I immediately cancelled and ran away .

Second one was around midnight . It was on my way home , i went to pick the guy and he was totally understand the influence of something. I rejected ,his friend told me "I'll pay you 100 extra , just drop him home safely" and gave his contact. As it was only 3 kms ride , i accepted and slowly and with much difficulty I went to the location. And after reaching there he refused to get down as it was not his house . Then he pointed a place in map and told me that's where his home is , so I took there . He refused and did the same thing again . So I knew he wasn't aware where he was or where his home is . So I called his friend and he told he doesn't know where he lives and don't torture me . I asked for payment and he refused. And I called rapido customer care , they warent helpful a bit and was totally useless . So I took him back to the first drop point and told him to get down for a bit as I had to check the bike chain , that's what I told him . And as soon as he got down , i just drove away for my home . Time and money , both waste .
