They were gorgeous until I moved em into the buckets, I transplanted from peat cups so I know I didn’t disturb roots, I have a spiderfarmer sf1000 light on em, only thing different is there isn’t the greenhouse effect like when they were here- other pic-

Well here we go again, since all my other prospects up n died I took two other packs of seeds one from freezer and one from fridge and mixed up some new soil, mushroom compost, sand, soil, vermiculite, all mixed up and i I put it in 3 small flats with humidity domes and in one I put the seeds from fridge, the other flat seeds from freezer and the 3rd flat I mixed em. The remaining seeds from both packs I planted outside nearby where I’d tried 3 other times earlier to germinate seeds directly in soil. Each dome has a light as well as a grow light i added above the 3 to give extra light. So keep fingers crossed maybe I can do better this time. I’m hoping the other seeds I ordered will arrive soon n I can plant them soon as I can cold stratify them too.
All my small plants are just wilting and dying, does anyone have any idea on what I did wrong? They were ok til few days ago n each day I can see another dead.
So I have a question, when the poppies first sprout and pop up with the leaves at top like these in the pic- am i supposed to add dirt all the way up to the leaves? I ask bc all my others end up falling over if i don’t and that’s the only way i can get them to hold up on their own.
These are 6-8weeks old and compared to what I see on here they seem super small. This is my first year growing these, non of my outdoor ones came up. As these are all I have left that came up I’m putting every ounce of effort in em to try and at least get one to bloom and pod.
I desperately need some help , three different times this year I’ve been able to cold stratify and plant seeds, the seeds germinate and get 1-2 inches tall and then they kinda wither n just fall over. I have them indoors under a small grow light in mushroom compost soil, I water them lightly n it drains ok but I can’t understand why they keep doing this.
All three times seems like after 7-10 days they sprout and shoot up, then just hang out there and then fall over. What am I doing wrong ? I’ve got em under lamp 12 hrs day maybe 14, .
