Anyone who was a founding renewal, your invoice was wrong last week. They have recalculated and adjusted the cost down. Mine went down nearly $350. If you don’t see any adjustment call your rep! Check before you renew.
They are not going to publicly announce the screw up, my rep told me that the invoices will “just get adjusted”
Trying to avoid #chargerdrama.
Spent the weekend at a hotel, they have two chargers on site, one was broken. There was an ID.4 plugged into the charger for the better part of 16 hours. Hotel front desk wouldn’t do anything or offer any solutions.
Is there a point in time where you can unplug them and you’re not the drama? Or just something to live with?
