I really never feel like I should be an XS, but this dress today blew my mind. It’s a Junior size 2, why is it SO large?

For reference, I’m 5’0” and my waist is around 24.5”, so not egregiously small. I feel ridiculous trying on a size 0 because I really am not that small, but this feels like it has to be a mislabel?

I dunno, shopping is just so stressful. I was searching for a wedding guest dress last minute and this just pissed me off lol
