2022 Buick Enclave (weird carfax)

Hey everyone. I am close to purchasing a 2022 Buick Enclave Sport Touring Essence. It has 47k miles, however, when checking the carfax, I found something weird IMO. The vehicle was imported from Canada and at 35k miles, it had its alternator replaced, axle(s) replaced, along with some suspension. What is bizarre about it, is the carfax is “clean” and states no accident took place. Is this a red flag? I drove the vehicle and it drove great, I just think that it’s weird it got all this stuff done at such low mileage. I attached the carfax to show how much was done, if it wasn’t in an accident, what happened?
