Pressure Washer Leak?

Older Karcher model my FIL got at Costco years ago. Hasn't seen action in a couple years but I was able to fire it up anyway. But, it has the strangest "leak"... or is this supposed to spray water from here by design?

Controlling Phone by Voice

A while back, I recall being able to easily tell the assistant to read me a recent text or tell it to send a text to a contact and it would respond with what is the text, are you ready to send, and so on until the text was sent.

The past few weeks I have tried and tried to use this feature again and it will not cooperate. I'll say, "open Google messenger and send a text to John Doe." Assistant will reply "the is no contact named John Doe" even though there is.

What happened to the ease of use voice control over my phone? It's not nearly as good as it used to be. I wish I could point to a specific time it stopped working well, but it seems to have happened gradually.

Griswold Waffle Maker

I've restored worse looking cast iron pans, but this looks like a whole new challenge. In the past, I have used the lye method as well as electrolysis.

Stick to the same methods? Any advice appreciated.
