Hi everyone, I have a question about starting as a grooming. Is it normal to not get paid during training. As in on top of forty hours of regular work. They add two more days of full training but you don't get paid for any of the training . I was told not even tips or when you start doing full grooms under the eye of your trainer only the trainer gets paid? I love this industry and I have been bathing dogs for a little over 2 years but I just would like some feed back on if this is a good place to start or should I look elsewhere. Thanks guys ❤️
