What would happen if an employer would fire you right before going on orders for 8 months?
My company is very military friendly and I do well at my job, so I am not worried in the slightest, but it makes me wonder what one could do if they are fired after giving notice of going on military leave and no history of poor work? Is there anything that could be done such as suing them? Might be a dumb question..
