My first Sierra Ferrell show and first Red Rocks show. In my 40 plus years of going to concerts, this was easily the best show I have ever seen. She and her band are so talented. The rain and wind made it even more surreal. The Brudi Brothers were a fantastic openers. The best part of the weekend for me was meeting her in the Red Rocks gift shop hours before the show.
Took my brand new Prodigy 5" Comp to the range this weekend. This is my first pistol with an optic and my shots were all over the target. I don't claim to be a crack shot, but usually shot far better than that.
I decided to just use the iron sights and it turned out to be the best shooting gun, out of the box, that I have ever had.
I guess I need to learn to use the optic or take the dang thing off. A friend helped me bore sight it at the house before we went to the range. It should have been pretty close to zero. Any tips on shooting with this sight? Also, looking for recommendations for light to put it that won't break the bank.
