Multiple checkboxes on a row?

Is there a way to have multiple checkboxes per row? Ideally either checkbox would strike out the text. I’d be ok if only one of the boxes per row had that functionality so long as the other box could still be checked. Example image in the comments.

First, I recognize that I’m in a privileged position to ask this question. Things are tough out there, from both the candidate and hiring sides.

The best job change I ever made, which ultimately changed the trajectory of my career and my family’s overall quality of life, is the result of a recruiter reaching out to me cold. I was super skeptical initially, but gave the recruiter a chance and it turned out better than I would have ever expected. It also led me into my current role at a different company.

As a result of that, it feels foolish to not respond when recruiters reach out if the role looks mentally stimulating. I’m also in a somewhat volatile industry, so while things are awesome now, they might not be in a year or three.

The problem here is that I’m both quite happy in my current role, and as a result of my success in it, I’m getting paid 2x to 3x what I think is typical for an outside hire at my title. All in all this means that while I’m open minded to a better thing coming along, the odds of that seem vanishingly small. I know you all have a hard job, and I don’t want to waste anyone else’s time.

Is the appropriate thing to do:

Simply ignore recruiter emails/Linkedin/Voicemail until I’m looking for a change?

Keep taking the calls and watching the process fall apart as soon as compensation comes up?

Let them know at the first contact time that I’m not on the market at the moment, but would love to stay in touch in the future?

Something else?

The main goal is to be respectful of everyone else’s time, but that might include not dismissing people outright before giving them a chance.
