Main Tower roof prototype

The roof is going to be the death of me. I'm trying to recreate The Main Tower 76454 from my personal collection of bricks and 75954 Hogwarts Great Hall. I'm now stuck on how to handle the roof. Any suggestions would be appreciated :)
