Should I gauge/stretch my lobes?

Trying to decide if I should gauge and stretch my ears! I rendered what I’d look like and I dig it. But, trying to decide if my large and kinda fat loves would look good with plugs. Most pictures I like the people have smaller/thinner lobes… thoughts?

Also, I work in finance. Thankfully we have very loose policies on piercings (as you can tell from my double nostril piercings). However, I’d like to continue to grow in my leadership career and there is still a “stigma” in corporate/finance about body mods and I’m nervous I could hinder my future opportunities.

Guess my questions are would I look good with gauges and anyone else in banking/finance leadership with gauges and what’s been your experience?

Is this normal?

Referring to my hoop piercing. It’s 16ish months old, have had a hoop in since the 1 year mark. It’s a titanium 8mm clicker. I’ve dealt with irritation bumps on my other nostril piercing and they were much more obvious than what I’m seeing on my hoop. It doesn’t discharge anything, isn’t tender or painful. Is it possible that’s just piercing scar tissue? Or am I being naive and it is a small irritation bump?

Any insight or others that have had something similar? It’s. Not real obvious unless you look closely or zoom in on a picture like I did here. It’s also just slightly behind my piercing hole and it tends to push my hoop in a forward tilt which is kinda annoying…

Ideas?
