A year ago I happened to book the three days Angel's Landing will be closed this year, alternatives?

We are staying in the lodge and planning to do Paarus on bikes, and hike emerald pools, the watchman, the narrows, and Scouts Lookout with the plan to try for an Angel's Landing lottery. October 2026 opened up and our dates the trail will be closed, would scouts lookout still be worth it alone or is there another half day trail we'd be better off on now?

Full frame to pair with A6700?

Wife and I have been loving photography since we bough an A6700 but have realized sharing camera is a bit of a hassle as we both have very different styles. We want to find another camera to use that is in the same lens and battery ecosystem, something a bit older isn't a problem, we will definitely be buying used.

Got peer pressured into a company charity tournament, advice for 6 weeks prep?

Our company plays this tournament every year but had some shakeups and needed some bodies. I played baseball through high school but had never thrown or hit a softball and I'm in my mid 30's now. With 1.5 month to prepare how can I best prepare to not embarrass myself? Hitting is what I'm most worried about as I've heard pitching at the tournament ranges from people under hand tossing hoping to get somewhere near the plate to ex Div 1 athletes.

Coming from Great Basin NP early October to Zion, most scenic route?

We are doing a 15 day trip in October for Great Basin and the Utah parks, we were wondering if we should take the direct route through 130 or backtrack a bit to take 21 and get on i15 earlier? Trying to take whatever is more scenic. We're going to stop at Kolob Canyons entry area and do the scenic drive on our way to the lodge, is there any worthwhile 1-2 hour trails there?

Good casual food in the loop?

We are staying the loop and have ate at some of the touristy places to try the staples. We've had Pequods, Donut Vault, Lou Malnatis, Lou Mitchell's, and Portillos. We were looking for another day's worth of food but more on the local side and somewhat casual as we didnt pack anything formal.
